Our entire team is certified in Pet First Aid & CPR so that everyone in this facility is prepared to deal with an emergency if one were ever to arise. From our managers, supervisors, shuttle drivers and receptionists to our groomers, bathers, maintenance team and kennel technicians, every single one of them takes the time to certify and keep their certifications up to date. Our staff has also completed intensive training conducted by the Dog Gurus in Dog Body Language and Dog Group Play. These trainings help us understand what your dogs are saying when they’re playing in daycare or when we are interacting with them on an individual basis. These certifications help us prevent any issues before they arise so that we don’t have to utilize the First Aid & CPR training. Continuing education is vital in this industry and our management team stays up to date by attending conferences, seminars and expos. Our General Manager is certified in 'Infectious Disease Management for Pet Boarding Facilities' and is a certified 'Pet First Aid & CPR' instructor, our top priority will always be the health and well-being of your pets. Club Pet Resorts has always prided ourselves on having the best staff in the industry, that are highly trained and committed to caring for your pets.
